If you have done something wrong, you need to write an Excuse / Pardon letter. This Excuse / Pardon letter should be written in following manner. Some sample Excuse / Pardon letters are also given below that will help you in writing your Excuse / Pardon letter.
- In the body of the Excuse / Pardon letter, you should state why something wrong happened. Keep it simple, and attach some documentary evidence if possible.
- Write your name, address, postal code, phone number in the start.

- Address the excuse letter to the recipient by writing “Dear Sir / Madam”
- Purpose of the letter should be mentioned clearly.

- Make the ending strong
- Proofread your letter at least once.
- Type your letter and print it on quality paper, but also include a handwritten signature.
